CONTEXT & CHALLENGE
The platform needed clarity on how users understand privacy, control, and data transparency. Research inputs were fragmented across qualitative and quantitative sources, making it difficult for teams to confidently interpret findings and align on priorities.
Objective
To synthesize complex research into a clear, structured insight report that highlights user behaviors, trust gaps, and opportunity areas, enabling faster and more aligned decision-making.
MY ROLE
I designed the narrative structure and visual system, organized research insights into a coherent flow, and created modular layouts, charts, and illustrations to ensure clarity, consistency, and executive readability.
IMPACT
The final insight system helped leadership quickly identify priorities around user trust and privacy, improve clarity in product discussions, and align cross-functional teams around shared insights.
